Timeframe
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or refund.
Conditions
The product must be returned:
- With the original tag intact
- Unused and unworn
- In the original packaging
How to request

- Order number
- Reason for the exchange or refund
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within up to 10 business days.
